New Mexico Wins America’s Best License Plate Award

I don’t know what they’re smokin’ over there, but this is an awful real-world plate. If you aren’t close to it, and if the plate isn’t car wash clean, the yellow and turquoise become amazingly illegible. Also, it’s tough to have turquoise look good on a lot of auto paint jobs. I love the old balloon plate, but the classic red on yellow beats this “award winning” one hands down.
