Read more...Walter Cronkite died on July 17, 2009. Understandably, people are focused on what a great newsman he was. He reported concisely, fairly, and rarely broke out from behind the fourth wall. Cronkite and his peers were, sadly, perhaps the last of televisions true journalists.
Read more...I’ve never been much of a newspaper reader. I am a news reader, however. A better method of delivery than RSS, but just as easy and common, would fit those of us who simply can’t deal with the unwieldiness and expense (economic and environmental) of paper.
