Great Lena Headey Interview

Here is an interview of Lena done on the Brunch With Bridget show which is perhaps one of the most entertaining interviews I’ve seen in a while. The interview is done on a bed and…well, not to give too much away, but here are two key words: pillow fight.

TTSCC – Beyond John’s Army

Let’s look at the world that is not in John Connor’s upper caste–all of those humans that aren’t soldiers but just trying to survive. Let’s also look at the world outside Connor’s camp, especially since we now have the post-season-2 altered timeline.

TTSCC – Cameron and DID

I’m still not sold on the idea that Cameron’s chip is necessarily glitchy. Since her CPU was damaged, there is no doubt that she’s been having to work through various conflicts that weren’t conflicts before.

Not Sure How I Feel About CSI 0920

Tonight’s episdoe of CSI, “A Space Oddity”, promised to be an interesting one: a death at a scifi convention. I’m still not quite sure if it was a parody, an homage, or outright mocking. I say this despite the fact that the principle writers have a connection to the genre.

Terminators and Dogs

I’ve been thinking about how the ability of dogs to detect terminators is both a good thing and a bad thing for story. It’s obviously well-established, but does the idea need a little tweaking?

The 2009 WNBA 11-player Roster SNAFU

The WNBA has had a history of making very considered moves to help the league not only survive but grow. This past offseason, due to the effects of the economic downslide, the WNBA announced that, for the 2009 season, rosters would be cut from thirteen spots down to eleven. Did the league err?

TTSCC Scenes I’d Like to See (Part 6) – Yes

As we head into the final episode of the second season, I had a small exchange pop into my head that would be sort of a cool way to tie up some threads and set the stage for a third season. Once again it involves a meeting between our two lead terminators.

T:TSCC 0221 – Adam Raised a Cain

The penultimate episode of the second season of Terminator – The Sarah Connor Chronicles delivered a long overdue reset to the series. Not so much of story (though that got a boost), but of character. The characters acted surprisingly in-character this week in a story that was almost totally about trust.
