Ad Manager Re-do

I’ve dropped my long-time ad manager as it wasn’t playing nice anymore. I don’t have a replacement lined up at this moment, but it will likely be found and installed within the next couple of days. The tricky bit is WP is about to do a point update, so that means I’ll need to do a little extra testing. C’est la web.
