TCW Close With the Bug Thing

Remember back when there was mention on another blog that the Fox lawyers had examined The Connor Wars to that point and said it was 80-85% of the plans for TSCC (cf The Connor Wars Writer’s Room 12 – About LG’s Blog Plus Spoilers)? With that in mind, what do you think DARPA feels about TCW’s “bugs”? (To be fair, it’s appeared in SF long before TCW.)
