Michelle Obama Talks About Education and Personal Responsibility
Michelle Obama, First Mom of the United States (and gracious First Lady, as well), spoke with kids (and parents) about how important it is to instill a sense of personal responsibility about life and education early. She does this with humor and honesty, admitting that she doesn’t really care if the girls’ beds are made and how she grew up hearing complaints that she “talked white”.
Coming off as more of a talk than a lecture, Mrs. Obama has certainly started her tenure on a strong note. Kudos.
