The Third Millennium Touchstone

Time was that if you had to find a phone number, you checked your Rolodex. If you needed to see if you had an appointment conflict, you’d check your appointment calendar or personal assistant. If you wanted to find out if there were any messages for you, you’d call home and ask whoever answered (I’m old enough to pre-date answering machines). Today it’s different. Today almost everyone says (with no one misunderstanding why):

“Let me check my phone”

Welcome to the future. We have many cool and wondrous things. To find them…well, you know what to do.
