Microsoft Wireless Comfort 5000 Desktop (Keyboard and Mouse)

When I was forced to finally upgrade my computer, I found myself also having to upgrade my PS2-connector-ed keyboard of many years. The keyboard I received with the system left much to be desired. It was definitely not designed with a writer in mind. I went shopping and found what is perhaps the most comfortable keyboard I have ever used for writing: the featured player in the Microsoft Wireless Comfort 5000 Desktop.

I Like Ubuntu

Wonder Woman: Spirit of Truth

Normally I wouldn’t put an item up that wasn’t still easily gotten, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t suggest to any Wonder Woman fan that they buy “Spirit of Truth” while there are still copies to be had.

The Reach For a Star Products

My signature tag since about the mid-90s is a little something I came up with: “It’s hard to reach for a star and still keep your shirt tucked in.” That’s something that just begs to be put on a mug or a t-shirt. Well… now it is.

Mezzetta Calamata Olives

Magic 8-Ball

Yes, I know this isn’t exactly a new product, but I can’t think of another one that is more compelling. If you see a Magic 8-Ball® on someone’s desk, dresser, coffee table, toy chest, underwear drawer (don’t ask), or wherever, it takes more self-control than you’d think to not want to ask it a question or two…or a dozen.

Logitech USB Desktop Microphone

I’ve used a lot of microphones in my day. Regular readers of this blog know that I’m not above doing a podcast when the occasion warrants. I also use Skype for a VOIP application, and I’m a frequent user of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Right now, the mic I’m using the most, and am the happiest with, is the Logitech USB Desktop Microphone.
