“[Women’s basketball players] play the game the way we played it in the ’80s,” [USC Coach Michael] Cooper said. “It takes all five players to move the ball up and down the floor and to play defense and to win….Somewhere along the line, the men’s game became a two-man game, sometime’s a three-man game. Here, it’s still a five-player game.”
