Belief in God Boils Down to a Gut Feeling – (LiveScience)

“people who went with their intuition on the math test were found to be one-and-a-half times more likely to believe in God than those who got all the answers right.”

Don’t know what this article says about God, but it definitely suggests there’s too much guessing at solutions in the world and not enough working the problem.

  1. Everybody in my family flunked that math question, but only three outta four go to church on a regular basis.

    Interesting article.

  2. I almost took the quick answer for the math question, too. Too many “trick” questions from school taught me to double-check. And not even the tricky stuff. That 36 – 9 = 25 misstep oh so many years ago haunts me to this day.

  3. Haha! That’s one of the few equations that’s stuck with me!

    Course there’s the infamous

A farmer has 16 sheep. All but 9 died. How many are left?
