Singer, and now actress, Shirley Manson brings a lot to the table. That she’s attractive is obvious. Her voice is top notch. Her manner of expression: compelling. Any combination of these are enough for many to call Ms Manson a sexy lady. Certainly I would have no trouble doing so. For me, however, the one thing that draws me in every time is her laugh.
Yes, I said her laugh.
Shirley laughs with the confident joy most adults have come to suppress. It’s not bawdy or meek. The unselfconsciousness of it renders payment in full to any causatory bon mots that might have been flung about. It’s not tossed off with wild abandon, nor is it held in the hopes of something funnier coming along. No…it’s given freely with a knowing maturity and depth as well as a bit of innocent glee that acts like a lure to all who would listen.
My, but I do go on. What can I say…I like her laugh. To see if you do, try these on for size:
