The Connor Wars F0302 – “Tempest Tossed”

Here is the second installment of Terminator – The Sarah Connor Chronicles fanfic that picks up where the second season finale left off. As I mentioned before, I was so enthusiastic about the possibilities presented when the season ended that I just had to keep it going regardless of what happens with the suits at FOX.

The first thing you’ll probably notice is that I changed the name of the series to Terminator: The Connor Wars. I think that more accurately conveys what this project will cover as well as it being a lot easier to say.

As I disclaim on the title page, this is just meant to be a bit of fannish fun in the long spirit of the various fan communities. I’m not intending to step on any toes.

I should also say that anyone connected with the show should bail out now so your legal department doesn’t get mad at you (assuming of course the show hasn’t been shuttered).

Tempest Tossed

Now we start down the road of John trying to become “The” John Connor while also learning some of the ins and outs of the world he’s now in.

Sarah is in her own new world as she starts to assemble a new team to help her in the battle against Skynet…and discovers a “gift” from Cromartie during their first mission.

You’ll notice that the life of the civilians is different hear than it was presented in the past. Why? Because people have an amazing ability to create their own civilizations when you get enough of them together. It just seems to happen. Besides, JD was about 15+ years ago…more than enough time for a lot of the shock to have worn off.

I hope you won’t be shy about leaving comments or debate points with each other either here or in the newly created discussion area in the forum for this episode.

For those who wonder about such things: this eppie was penned in 5 days.

(With the size it is, the PDF seems to read easier if you zoom to 66.7% and then scroll the text horizontally so it’s centered.)

Oh, and before I get emails about this. The PDF file I generated has the setting to allow people to print out the script turned off. If you are having trouble with the plug-in, click here.
